Chrysanthi Argeiti (female, PhD candidate) is a Food Scientist and Human Nutritionist with a BSc from the Department of Food Science and Human Nutrition at the Agricultural University of Athens (2020). Her research is focused on the production of poly(3-hydroxybutyrate) (P3HB) from brewers’ spent grains, through an electrified biorefinery concept using non-thermal plasma technology. Currently she is working on the chemical and biological recycling of post-consumer bioplastics for the production of PHB
