Matina (Stamatia) Skoutida (female, PhD candidate) holds an integrated master’s degree in chemical engineering from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (2021). Her PhD concerns the development of biorefineries, utilizing a variety of feedstocks, through optimized process design complemented with sustainability assessments. Her research interests focus on circular economy, process design, waste valorization, environmental and techno-economic sustainability assessment of bio-based value chains.
