Olga Psaki

Olga Psaki (female PhD candidate) is an Agriculturist with a B.Sc. in Agricultural Sciences, Biotechnology and Food Science from the Cyprus University of Technology (2014) and a MSc in ‘Food Bioprocesses and Biorefineries’ from the Department of Food Science and Human Nutrition, Agricultural University of Athens (2017). Her PhD concerns the valorisation of food industry waste for the production of poly (3-hydroxybutyrate) and value-added co-products. Her research interests comprise the development of biorefinery as well as the development of biotechnological applications for the production of biopolymers from wastes.
